Configure Agent Copilot (Public Beta)

Agent Copilot is not a HIPAA Eligible Service or PCI compliant and should not be used in Flex workflows that are subject to HIPAA or PCI.

Before you can enable Agent Copilot auto-generation services, you’ll need to enable access control. Access control lets you choose the queues that will use all services within Agent Copilot. You must select at least one queue.

  1. In Twilio Console(link takes you to an external page) , go to Flex > CustomerAI > Agent Copilot .
  2. Under Access control settings , choose which queues you’d like to use for Agent Copilot: Only selected queues or All queues .
  3. Click Save access control settings .
