Sync Objects Time-To-Live (TTL)

Time-to-live (TTL) can be set for each Document, List, Map, and Message Stream object itself as well as for individual items in List or Map.

TTL specifies the minimum time the object will live. Once TTL of the object has passed, it will be deleted.

TTL could be used to auto-recycle old objects, although it is not recommended to build any app's logic like timers using TTL.

Add item to a List which will be removed after a week

const weekInSeconds = 7 * 24 * 3600;
syncClient.list('notification_history').then(function(list) {
  list.push({
    title: 'New message arrived'
  }, {
    ttl: weekInSeconds
  });
});
