Select products and features are available for use in Twilio Regions outside of the United States (US1) Region.
Regions work in isolation from each other. If your application relies on Twilio products and features which aren't yet available in your target Region (e.g. Twilio Functions, TaskRouter, Studio), they will not function in that Region.
