Before you can work with Flex, you'll need to sign up for a Twilio account(link takes you to an external page) or log in into your existing account. When you create a new Flex account, we'll automatically provision a new phone number for you which can accept voice calls and SMS.

  1. Once in Twilio Console, navigate to the Flex product(link takes you to an external page) via Explore Products menu:

    explore-products.
  2. Click Create my Flex account .
  3. Give your new project a name and verify your phone number. Twilio will send a verification code to the number that you enter.
  4. Upon entering the verification code successfully, Flex will run through an initialization process to get your new account configured, and redirect you to the Flex Overview page in Console.

And there you have it - a cloud-hosted contact center running on Twilio!
